Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a head of store in the retail / service industry.
Partner with subordinate management to create individual development plans that link to personal development, top line sales growth, and bottom line profits.
Support, model, and enhance the seamless customer service focus by creating an environment that is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and quick for customers and co-workers.
Write and administer performance appraisals for all management.
Manage corrective action process at the Store Manager, Visual Manager, and Sales Associate levels.
Manage entire team to meet sales goals on a daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / and annual basis.
Strategic development of business plans to achieve sales goals.
Communicate specific ideas and needs, for divisional growth, to the GM and Home Office partners.
Manage with fiscal responsibility in accordance with divisional standards, and ensure client service is the #1 priority of the entire staff.
Manage all operational activities including store level human resources, payroll, loss prevention, and internal audits, to divisional standards.
Strategic development of business plans to achieve sales goals.
Support new store openings.
Source and develop a functional talent pool to back up all positions in store (both management and sales) to minimize 'open time' at all levels.
Passion for fashion and Knowledge of fashion industry trends.
Must be reliable and keep confidential information private.
Ability to travel.
Available to open and/or close the store in an effective manner.
Regular attendance and full-time commitment are essential functions of the job.
Open availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, store openings and store closings according to the needs of the business.
